12-9 the rain brings the river up in Columbus
After the heavy rain Joe and I went fishing in the afternoon for a couple of hours. We figured the current would push the fish into shallow water. Well they were there. However SOMEONE had on a very small jig they were using when the weather was really cold, with a small throat sized hook. and THEN proceeded to loose the first nine fish in a row. After the Ninth nice fish lost that SOMEONE finally put on a bigger throated jig. They were nice ones too.
We ended up keeping 10 nice ones and letting 5 or 6 go.
