Joe Welch and I finally headed south for some of the action. We ended up with 16 keepers and 2 of the 16 went 3 lbs. Another couple went 2 lbs. 15 oz. We slow trolled capps and coleman minnow rigs and used 14 ft. B-N-M capps and coleman poles. We fished 6 ft water. The lake was muddy and low.

Until next time!
