Ended up having a pretty good day crappiei crappie fishingi with clients Hank Dean and Gary Squires on Arkabutla lake yesterday. Man it was hot hot there on the water but the guys held up well. Looking forward to another trip with them tomorrow.

Pomoxis is a genus of freshwater fish in the sunfish family (family Centrarchidae) of order Perciformes. The type species is P. annularis, the white crappiei. The common name crappie (pronounced /ˈkræpiː/), refers to either of the Pomoxis species, both of which are extremely popular game fish.
