Crappie Ceviche

I have not tried this crappiei recipe yet but heard a great deal about it.

You cut the filets up into little chunks and mix them with chopped sweet onion, a tomato, a little minced garlic to taste, and chopped cilantro. You can aslo add sweet bell peppers and jalapenos if you like. Then cover the mixture with the juice of 6-7 limes or how many ever it takes to cover the fish. The acid in the juice cooks the fish. Put the mixture in the fridge over night. Serve with corne chips and Coronas!
