Don't Throw Out Leftover Fried Crappie

After reading several articles where members state they don't like leftover crappiei and usually throw them out. I learned from a fish restaurant employee several years ago that they serve re-fried fish all the time to customers and most customers never know the difference. I decided to try it and have since eaten fried leftover fish several nights in a row by just getting the grease hot and doucing the fish back into the grease just long enough to heat them back up.
Give it a try.

I don't throw mine away, I carry mine to work and have a fish sandwich for lunch.
