Fall fishing

I would like to know whats a goodtime to come down and do some crappie fishingi in the fall or winter months and what lakes would be best ?

Man Grenada in early October will be hard to beat. The down side is Grenada is really effected by rainfall so it could get blown out anytime. I would recommend a back up plan to move to maybe Sardis if Grenada was not good.
