Gainsville Lake crappie trip

I got the opportunity to go to Gainsville lake today with Willis Bonner and David Baldridge two of the best crappiei fishermen on the Tenn - Tom Waterway. Today was a tough day of fishing with the high winds, current and high water. We caught a bunch of crappie but they were not big fish. The water temps were 58 to 60 and muddy in most areas. We caught fish from 1 foot deep to 12 feet deep. Had a great time and looking forward to fishing with these guys again.
