Had about 4 inches of rain last week, causing the river to rise quite a bit. Fished the main lake late Friday and found some nice fish off the channel in 14' of water but had to leave them for a graduation. Of course on Sat the wind wouldn't let me fish there. Kim and I fished the main lake late Saturday, and finally found some decent fish in 16'of water and out of the wind. Had 16 keeps in about an hour.
Sunday we found fish early in about 14' of water, slow trolling minnows, had 34 keepers. Couldn't find any concentration of big fish.
