Went to my honey hole on Lewis Smith Lake Friday 1-6-12 and fished off the bank and caught 28 but only 11 keepers. I was using slip corks and fishing 8' to 13' deep tight to cover. The biggest was 14" weighed almost 2 lbs. with 2 right at 13" and 1 1/2 lbs. Cleaned them and had a good fish fry Sunday with some cole slaw and baked beans. Mm Mm GOOD. Caught the 2 largest ones at the same time on seperate side of the tree.
