crappie fishing 291.jpg

Keith Burns and I fished Reelfoot Lake from about 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The ice is gone except for some around the banks and in the trees. Water temp was 37 degrees. We caught several small crappiei no big ones at all. We used Keith's 12ft BnM poles with a single jig tipped with a minnow and power bait. Keith said if it was not so cold he would have brought the dog and left me at home. Woods
