It was another great day on Sardis Lake. The air temp had to be in the 70 range with the water temp at almost 59 degrees where we were. The crappiei bite was on. Jamie & Joey worked me like a rented mule. I was down to my T shirt and still burning up in the afternoon. We caught 42 keeper crappie and a boat load of throw backs. We started out near the dam in 20 foot of water moving a little shallower as the day warmed up. We were using 14 foot BnM Trolling Poles with the Woods double minnow rig and live bait. If this warming trend continues there may be an early spawn. So get the boat ready and let's go crappie fishingi. Thanks Jamie & Joey for a fun day. I will have pictures soon.
