Smith Lake report

Big Papa's picture

By Big Papa - Posted on 02 August 2010

My fishing partner (Tommy) and went to Smith this morning on separate boats. I pulled crank baits and he fished double minnow rigs. He caught crappiei and I caught well the other kind b@*!.

I took my little man with me and he got hot and we had to headed in. He wore his life jacket all the way to the truck and we took it off. I got out of the truck to load
the boat and he wanted to go with his Papa and I said come on then. Loaded the boat and guess who walked up? Yea the Coast guard auxiliary , since he was with the Marine patrol and watched little man did wear his life jacket they let me off with a warning and a through inspection of my boat. Said the ticket would have 350 dollars.
Better picture. He always says cheese and makes a funny face.
