I have fished Mississippi 4 lakes now for 15 years. This is the biggest fish to date.I caught her on a black and chartruese mid south glow jig at the edge of the river channel in 6 ft. of water She weighed in at 3lb. 11 oz. and 17 1/4 inches long.

Nice catch, we were catching on orange and chartruese, and purple and chartuese but not anything that size, we only had three that we had to turn back though, all measured over 12 easy. Cold water and rain stopped em in their tracks. keep catching those good ones, be proud to catch one like that.
