Nothing but a few dinks in shallow any more and I tried the deeper water spawning grounds Friday and Not a bite cept for Catfish. They should be heading to their summer hangouts and I'll let you know if they're there in the creeks and such heading back to deep water. The good thing about this time of year is the alot of Crappie hang out in an area that holds Striped bass. Not white bass but searuns and hybrid Striped bass from 6 to 10-12 pounds each. You can pull through one area and get on the crappie then ease over about a 1/4 mile or so to get on the Stripers. LOTS of fun right there. Check out a couple pics from last year around this time

SOME small fish came back into shallow water to finish spawning the past week but they were all dinks. I can't wait til the crankbait bite gets here
