Here is what we have been building....We use 10in x 10in wood frames...We use 3/4 in wide x 4ft long wood slabs...We use around 9 to 10 sticks per condo...

If do you plan to build any condos with concrete...Make sure you nail or screw something on the end of object....So, it gives something for the concrete to grip....We use cheap screws or nails..
