Hi folks, Ray and Shannon have set me up with a blog so that I can try to provide some updates on the radio telemetry study of crappiei on Sardis Lake. I'm presently at home in South Carolina for the holiday break from the University of Mississippi, but I will return to Oxford at the end of this week and try to hit the lake with my receiver early next week. Hopefully I'll have some fish relocations to report then. In the meantime I look forward to hearing of any captures of tagged fish by anglers. Also, check out the video of our tag implanting: "Crappie Radio Tagging Study - p1."
