When time is on the line crappiei should be also. Greg and Mario came down from IL for a Half Day Guide Trip and we caught some hogs. We were slow trolling double minnow rigs and Roper Outdoors Blue Shiner Jigi Heads. We were fishing 5-6 feet deep in the morning and then moved down to around 10-11 feet in 15-17 feet of water. Greg and Mario had never Spider Rigged before and they loved it. These southern crappie are no joke. The big crappie Greg is holding, took the rod tip in the water so fast and hard it shocked him. Had fun guys, hope you come down again.

[We used Driftmaster Rod Holders, Roper Outdoors JIg Heads, Southern Pro Tubes & Grizzly Coolers]
