I live right smack in the middle of Kentucky and Pickwick Lakes which makes them both very accessible to me. I work a job with rotating shifts and which enables me to spend lots of time on the water. Most of my days not at the regular grind are spent chasing crappiei or placing structure in the lakes that I fish. I am available at least ten days a month year round.

Most trips will consist of vertical jigging with pole in hand. I will consider spider rigging or other multi-pole tactics at your request. All poles and tackle are provided. All you need to bring is drinks and snacks for the day, appropriate clothing, and a cooler for your catch. Lunch breaks are at your discretion or we can fish straight through.

When fishing with me on Kentucky Lake you will primarily be fishing the Big Sandy/Paris Landing area. This is what I consider my home lake and my partner and I won the Amateur Class of the Cabela’s Crappie USA Classic here in 2007. This area is known around the country for producing large numbers of quality fish year after year.

At Pickwick Lake we will be fishing from the dam to the Bear Creek area. This Lake produces some big fish year round.
